Established in the UK in 1957, Tunstall is the world’s leading provider of telecare and telehealth solutions. Operating in 30 countries and employing over 1000 people, Tunstall supports 2.5m people around the world.

 

Tunstall established its Australian office in 1992 and opened a Brisbane based national emergency response centre in May 2001. In 2002 Tunstall opened a response centre in Tauranga New Zealand and is now one of the largest response service in New Zealand.

 

In 2007 Tunstall opened a response centre in Malaysia, which supports Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Later that year Tunstall also opened a response centre in Taiwan, spreading the service even further into Asia.

 

Tunstall’s philosophy is simple; protect, support and care for people, by providing healthcare technology and services that enable anyone requiring support and reassurance, such as older people or those with long term needs, to lead an independent life.

This includes home monitoring equipment, data management solutions and clinical triage applications, system integration, training, home installation services (commissioning and decommissioning), maintenance, response center with service desk and technical triage services.
