There are three steps in the process of evaluating and buying products from Tunstall Healthcare.
Step 1: Further product information
You can download 3 videos which show the RTX3370 Telehealth Monitor in 3 different configurations. The questionnaires are all examples and can easily be modified to match each customer or patient needs.
Step 2: Getting product samples and detailed product information
In order to buy product samples and to download the full library of detailed product information including RTX3370 Technical Reference Manual, a server application example in source code, scripting examples etc., you need to be registered as a customer at Tunstall Healthcare . When registered, you’ll receive a personal login (username and password) to our closed technical support site.
In the process to be registered as a customer you’ll need to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Please contact Tunstall Healthcare sales department to be registered as an Tunstall Healthcare customer.
Step 3: Buying commercial quantities
The RTX3370 is a Medical Device designed to be part of a Remote Patient Monitoring system. Therefore we have certain requirements to our customer relationships. The Product Supply Agreement outlines commercial terms such as ordering information, delivery and payment terms, warranty, liability etc.
Tunstall has in-depth expertise across all aspects of the delivery of a successful telehealth program.
This includes home monitoring equipment, data management solutions and clinical triage applications, system integration, training, home installation services (commissioning and decommissioning), maintenance, response center with service desk and technical triage services.
The Tunstall Managed Services make sure that the clinical staff can focus on evaluating valid clinical information without being distressed by dealing with the technology behind.
